Each product sold at SalsolaKali.com is an exclusively owned and operated under the Salsola Kali LLC product brand. All products sold on this site are made in the United States and shipped to certain locations throughout the U.S. and other parts of the world. Our products may be sold in select stores if you have any issues with your products that was purchased from a third party, you should immediately contact the vendor/retail location where your items was purchased. When ordering any items as a gift on this site, you are responsible for all wording that is added to the additional information box. We will not correct any misspelled words that was used in the additional information box when placing an order. Majority of our products are organic, vegan based and has been colored with food based colorants ensuring a very low chance of allergic reaction. Test our product on a small dime-size section of your skin before full use. Discontinue use if you are allergic or become allergic to any product sold under Salsola Kali LLC. Salsola Kali LLC does not serve as physician, we do not give any answers to any medical related disorder, illness or disease. If you have any issues with the product during shipment, please contact us within 15 days of purchase for a replacement item. You are responsible for any return shipment fees back to us. Upon receiving the product from you, we will send/ship the replacement product or we will issue a refund back to the original payment method that we have on file.

After making a purchase from SalsolaKali.com you will receive an email confirming your card has been charged and we received your order. You email receipt will display all the items you purchased as well as the total including any discounts, tax and shipping fees. We will ship your items for FREE on orders over $65 or more. This excludes any address outside of the contiguous U.S and D.C.
Once you have placed your order, we will process it within 2 business days. If you are ordering your item after 4pm on Friday, your item will be processed that following Monday. With regular ground shipping time to receive items is typically 5-10 business days. We ship products Mon-Friday 9am-5pm EST. You will receive email notification of all tracking numbers associated with your order. You can change or cancel your order if it has not entered into the shipping process. If you need to change or cancel an order, please email info@salsolakali.com or orders@salsolakali.com. We have the right to close out or ban any account that we deemed inappropriate or go against our terms and conditions.
AGREEMENT OF LAW
If a dispute should arise between you and Salsola Kali LLC. we both agree to resolve any issues pertaining to the terms that are describe here. In the event we are not able to resolve the issue(s) through our terms & agreements, we both waive a jury trial in front of a judge or jury. Instead we elect all disputes by arbitration. Arbitration procedures are generally more limited, yet efficient and cost less than those in applicable court. (this excludes any form of terms violation, harassment, harm or threats from you to Salsola Kali LLC). Agreeing to use this site and purchase any items for personal use, you agree and acknowledge that you and Salsola Kali LLC both elect to waive all rights to a jury trial and instead elect to dispute and resolve the matter by a judge.
