Products & Nature of Goods
Salsola Kali offers handcrafted bath and body products that are both decorative and fully functional. Due to the handmade nature of our products, natural variations in color, texture, scent, and design are expected and are not considered defects.
All products are intended for external use only.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days prior to shipment. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or unforeseen delays.
Salsola Kali is not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

Delivered Packages & Carrier Issues
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If tracking shows delivery confirmation with a photo, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. If no delivery photo is available, cases may be reviewed at our discretion but are not guaranteed to qualify for replacement.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bath and body products, all sales are final.
Replacements may be offered only in the event of a verified quality issue related to the product itself, subject to review and approval.
The following are not considered quality issues:
Carrier-related damage or handling
Environmental exposure after delivery
Improper storage or use
Normal wear or natural variation
Photo documentation is required for review. If approved, we may request the item be returned before a replacement is issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement items will be shipped after the original product is received and inspected.
Allergies, Sensitivities & Patch Testing
Our products may contain natural oils, botanicals, clays, and fragrances. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information prior to use.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially for individuals with sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Salsola Kali is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from individual skin responses or misuse of products.
Product Care & Storage
To maintain product integrity and longevity:
Store in a low-humidity environment
Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture
Exposure to temperatures above 55–60°F or high humidity may cause temporary softening or sweating
Improper storage does not constitute a quality issue.

Limitation of Liability
